We’ll always book you under the option that provides the highest level of benefits and recognition, with no need to compare them yourself. - You receive a quote with your perks clearly listed.
Before anything is confirmed, you’ll see the exact flexible rate and all VIP amenities attached to your stay. - Approve and we book directly with the hotel.
Your reservation is made through the hotel’s own system and flagged with our preferred-partner status so management is alerted to your VIP profile. - Enjoy pre-arrival support and seamless recognition.

Can you add VIP perks to a reservation I already made?

If you booked a flexible, refundable rate directly with the hotel, we can usually rebook it under our preferred-partner program so you receive added perks, without changing your rate or room type. Third-party reservations (Expedia, Booking.com, Amex Travel, etc.) generally can’t be modified, but we’ll always review your existing booking and share the best path forward.
Does it cost more to book through The Check-In Collective?
No. Preferred partner reservations use the same best available flexible rate you’ll find directly on the hotel’s website. There are no fees, markups, or hidden charges, just added amenities, recognition, and personalized support.
Are VIP perks guaranteed?
Perks like breakfast and hotel credits are guaranteed through each partner program. Upgrades, early check-in, and late check-out remain based on availability, but partner bookings receive priority in the hotel’s internal queue.
Are promotions or special offers combinable with partner benefits?
Most of the time, yes. Seasonal offers, free-night promotions, and advance-purchase packages frequently stack with VIP perks. If a particular offer isn’t eligible, we’ll flag it and help you choose the option with the best overall value.
Do you work with points stays or loyalty program rates?
We don’t book award (points) stays, but we can book loyalty-member discounted rates. These discounts are often not combinable with VIP perks, so we’ll compare both options and recommend whichever provides the best overall value. For any eligible paid stay, we’ll also attach your loyalty number so you earn points, elite credits, and enjoy your status benefits.
How do I know which partner program my hotel belongs to?
